    固溶退火是为了消除钢带的组织缺陷、降低硬度、改善钢的性能，恢复钢的塑性变形能力以满足冷轧生产的需要，所以是冷轧前的必要的工序。其原理是将不锈钢加热升温至其相变温度以上(奥氏体不锈钢一般不超过1100摄氏度）并保持一定时间后急冷。冷轧后的半成品的退火叫去应力退火，一般为保护气氛退火，目的是避免氧化造成表面重新生成氧化铁皮，所以俗称光亮退火。氨分解分解氨气生成的氢气、氮气即为保护气体。不管是固溶退火还是光亮退火，要注意的是温度、生产速度。

    宝钢方面也表示，如果后期接受的订单能够达到一定的量，钢厂方面将重新开启炼钢。此外，本月宝钢方面仍然继续压缩产量，目前的月炼钢量已经降至最低水平。
